  • •Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level strategic engagements for healthcare providers (long-term and near-term strategy, growth initiatives, enterprise transformation, market entry, service line strategy, M&A/partnerships, cost optimization).
  • •Expert-level knowledge of the healthcare provider industry across Hospital Systems, Academic Medical Centers, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, IDNs, and physician practices.
  • •Strong conceptual, strategic, and problem-solving skills with the ability to integrate diverse information and apply large-scale data and analytics.
  • •Exceptional engagement delivery: manage complex projects, develop clear work plans, and deliver high-quality client deliverables; strong communication and collaboration abilities.
