Translate engineering requirements, repairs, and upgrades into formal manufacturing process documentation while evaluating incoming hardware for disposition and driving corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Support process improvement initiatives and develop/maintain manufacturing processes for field return material. Coordinate technical matters across organizations and suppliers, and contribute to system integration efforts that enable reliable installation, integration checkout, and testing of operational modifications and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate engineering design requirements, repairs, and upgrades into formal manufacturing process documentation.
•Evaluate incoming hardware for repair and disposition of discrepant hardware.
•Lead corrective action investigations to prevent recurrence.
•Participate in process improvement initiatives and develop/maintain manufacturing processes for field return material.
•Coordinate technical matters across different organizations and/or suppliers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
•1 year of manufacturing experience.
•Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
•Experience with related military and industry standards and specifications.
•Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis.
