Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain Salesforce enterprise architecture standards, design principles, and governance processes.
  • •Provide architectural leadership for multi-org Salesforce environments, including integrations, security models, and data management strategies.
  • •Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, and business stakeholders to review designs and ensure alignment with enterprise objectives.
  • •Partner with IT and enterprise architecture leaders to influence platform roadmap decisions and technology adoption strategies.
  • •Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and core enterprise platforms (ERP, data, middleware, identity management, and cloud technologies) and address performance, scalability, security, and technical debt.
  • •Contribute to architecture review processes, reusable design patterns, and best practices that promote consistency and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • •12+ years of progressive enterprise technology experience, including at least 5 years in architecture roles across multiple platforms, systems, and business domains.
  • •Demonstrated experience as an enterprise or solution architect on large-scale, multi-org Salesforce implementations in complex, global organizations.
  • •Deep knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and experience applying them in an enterprise governance context.
  • •Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and enterprise middleware in a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment; travel ~20–25% and authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
