Job Summary

Provide operational support to mediators for new business and an active policy portfolio within the USM team. You’ll support mediators against defined quality/service levels, ensure operations are completed on time and accurately, monitor SLA and service KPIs, detect and follow up on incidents, and participate in projects such as new product and campaign implementations with UAT.
