Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing engineering teams with a record of hiring, developing, and retaining engineers.
  • •Strong hands-on backend foundation including microservices, API design, SQL databases, and event-driven architectures.
  • •Experience architecting and operating production systems at scale, including observability, on-call, incident management, and performance optimization.
