Training & Development Specialist - Guyana and Suriname (DE, GY)

Two regional Training & Development Specialists will design, coordinate, and deliver training initiatives across Guyana and Suriname, covering technical, compliance, and soft skills. You’ll conduct needs assessments, run in-person and virtual sessions, manage calendars and records, and monitor training effectiveness while supporting regional talent initiatives and vendor partnerships.
