Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimise ASOS websites and apps, including navigation, on-site page management and ranking strategy.
  • •Define and execute merchandising strategies across homepage, promos and CRM touchpoints to optimise the customer journey.
  • •Oversee and guide Digital Trading Assistants to resolve onsite issues, maintain site quality and run homepage/promo/CRM processes.
  • •Plan, test and execute ranking and merchandising strategies for category and search pages, including during peak trading periods.
  • •Partner with Tech and cross-functional teams to support development, testing and rollout of new onsite features and digital products.
