Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive
  • •Complete customer paperwork and add thorough notes in the customer tracking system
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana CMV Driver Qualification policy
  • •Maintain a clean and organized approach to physical delivery tasks (including detailing as needed)

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding work (loading/unloading, detailing, sustained activity 8+ hours, and lifting/pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs) in indoor/outdoor conditions
  • •Ability to deliver safely and maintain an excellent driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • •Must be able to pass a drug test, obtain a DOT Medical Card, and have/obtain required state-specific licenses (including Notary within 90 days where required)
