Customer Engineer

Serve as the direct liaison with customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading semiconductor and display equipment. Use digital analytics and basic diagnostic techniques to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performing preventative and corrective maintenance across electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic, and gas systems. Coordinate with customers to ensure smooth operations, and support knowledge transfer by training and mentoring junior Customer Engineers.
