Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a technical lead for field integration efforts, defining and standardizing how the FPS platform is deployed, integrated, and supported.
  • •Design, implement, and continuously improve field engineering tooling, scripts, and integration workflows.
  • •Identify gaps in integration processes and implement scalable solutions to improve repeatability, reliability, and deployment speed.
  • •Partner with engineering, product, and customer success teams to translate field requirements into actionable implementation patterns and tooling.
  • •Provide operational readiness through documentation, deployment guides, and on-site assessments; support deployments as an escalation point for complex integration challenges.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Must be eligible to obtain a clearance with the U.S. government.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead technical execution and implementation.
  • •Experience designing or improving operational processes, tooling, or workflows in field or production environments.
