Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk) for multiple commercial renovation projects from planning through closeout.
  • •Read and apply complex real estate project documents (agreements/contracts, leases, work letters, project charters, surveys, and drawings).
  • •Interface with clients to define requirements, prepare scope of work, delivery resource plans, cost estimates, budgets, cash flow, schedules, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Identify and manage delivery resources, run request for proposals, complete bid analysis, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Implement communication and documentation governance, track progress/variances, manage change requests, and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of related experience and/or training.
  • •Experience managing multiple projects in varying stages simultaneously, delivering under pressure or in fast-paced environments.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including MS Office and MS Project.
  • •Interpersonal skills with an inquisitive mindset.
