Operations Manager, Keephills Power Plant (Wabuman, AB, CA)

Lead operations for the Keephills Thermal Plant, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power generation. Serve as Chief Power Engineer, oversee compliance with safety, regulatory, environmental, and union requirements, and coordinate unit availability declarations with portfolio teams. Develop and manage operating procedures, safety and compliance training, and root-cause investigations. Build and develop a high-performing shift supervisor team and manage a 1–2 year operations business plan.
