Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain daily inventory appearance and security while keeping vehicle zones and parking areas organized for smooth operations.
  • •Document and track incoming and outgoing inventory through shipping and receiving processes for accurate records.
  • •Receive, prepare, and process vehicles (including pairing locators, capturing photos, and securing keys) to ensure readiness for sale or auction.
  • •Assist with auction operations by supporting preparation, coordination, and execution activities.
  • •Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation to ensure accurate, real-time visibility of site inventory.
