Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full-time network design, deployment, and support for designated customers.
  • •Serve as a customer technical lead and trusted advisor for network projects.
  • •Participate in regular customer meetings and adjust priorities for scheduled activities.
  • •On-site troubleshooting of L2/L3 switches, SD-WAN, and integrated management products; perform on-site problem resolution.
  • •Conduct lab reproductions, detailed investigations, validate patches from engineering, and assist in customer problem resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Japanese language proficiency at business level (written and spoken) is required.
  • •Deep knowledge of one or more network technologies: switching/routing or SD-WAN.
  • •5+ years of experience in network technology with industry and regional experience.
  • •Ability to develop deployment plans following Extreme Premier Services PDIO, including high-level architecture diagrams, functional requirements, customer prerequisites, configurations, and timelines.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred).
