Key Responsibilities

•Define product specification based on customer feedback, market analysis, and technology; validate feasibility across technical, industrial, and commercial dimensions.
•Develop and maintain project timelines to meet deadlines across the product lifecycle.
•Oversee system architecture and technical development across R&D and industrialisation phases, resolving issues as they arise.
•Inspire and manage the project team to maintain high performance and quality.
•Serve as the key interface between technical, product, and stakeholders (including customers, sales, marketing, and program) to align efforts and support tenders and project success.

Key Requirements

•Define product specification based on customer feedback, market analysis, and technology, iterating for technical, industrial, and commercial feasibility.
•Industrial experience and ecosystem knowledge in defense systems, UAV/UxV/robotics, aerospace, radars/RF/radio, optronics, PNT, AI, or related industries.
•Proven experience managing cross-functional, high-complexity aerospace, defense, or robotics projects that have reached industrialisation.
•Strong technical background to understand and resolve complex engineering challenges.
•Detail-oriented with excellent documentation, organizational skills, and communication/leadership to motivate teams toward success.
