Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement new tools to streamline the management of indemnity files.
  • •Be at the heart of sponsor coordination by preparing all necessary materials for the steering committee (bi-monthly meetings) with suppliers.
  • •Conduct ad-hoc activities to preserve operational efficiency: listing processing, documentation management, etc.
  • •Participate in the management of claims to ensure customer satisfaction and support service quality.
  • •Support project management activities, including scoping and follow-up of initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •You are currently pursuing a business school degree or a Master in Management or equivalent (RNCP)
  • •Strong client orientation and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • •Excellent relational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse profiles
  • •Curious, creative, and capable of contributing innovative ideas and solutions
  • •Experience with analyzing information and synthesizing findings is a plus
