Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the maintenance, development, and execution of structured lending programs and capital solutions transactions across EMEA.
  • •Own risk and return analysis and coordinate internal approval processes for new products and amendments, providing clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • •Lead negotiation and review of financing documentation, coordinating discussions with partners, internal/external legal, advisors, and investors and escalating key issues.
  • •Support and develop client relationships with private credit participants, contributing to origination and distribution strategy to grow the pipeline of capital solutions opportunities.
  • •Manage execution for capital solutions transactions, including investor/client marketing, internal approvals, RWA/ROE profitability analysis, and project management across deal workstreams.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience in corporate finance, fund finance, securitisation, leveraged finance and/or structured finance, with advanced financial modelling.
  • •Experience with credit and risk assessment, regulatory capital and profitability modelling (including internal grading models/systems) and an understanding of how credit risk interacts with structuring/documentation.
  • •Proven experience across capital solutions transactions and/or joint ventures with private credit participants across multiple EMEA geographies, sectors, transaction types, and vintages.
  • •Experience managing deal teams and coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
  • •Strong deal management skills: communicate clearly with front office origination teams and coordinate discussions with credit, finance, operations, tax, and related departments to drive issues to resolution.
