Key Responsibilities

  • •Support daily global benefits operations including enrollments, life events, and open enrollment; escalate complex benefits and leave inquiries.
  • •Coordinate vendor operations, eligibility files, and renewals; handle leave-of-absence logistics and return-to-work execution.
  • •Conduct benefits audits, reconciliations, and system testing to maintain program accuracy and continuity.
  • •Document processes and create employee self-service guides for benefits and leave use.
  • •Support the rollout and ongoing administration of the global recognition program.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for audits and reporting.
  • •HRIS experience (e.g., Workday) is a strong plus.
  • •Strong organizational skills and the ability to document processes.
  • •Fluency in English and experience supporting multi-country benefits is highly preferred.
