Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and scale key product areas within Overjets insurance AI platform, with a focus on claims automation and operational workflows
  • •Drive prioritization and execution across multiple workstreams, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term scalability
  • •Translate complex customer needs and insurer workflows into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps
  • •Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and ML teams to deliver technically sound, production-ready solutions
  • •Work directly with Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure product decisions align with real customer usage and business needs
  • •Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on data, customer feedback, and operational impact
