Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the concert promoter to lead the concert team and deliver top-quality production.
  • •Ensure end-to-end on-site production planning and execution, including staffing for safety, security, box office, traffic/parking, sanitation, VIP/Skydeck, artist compound, and transportation.
  • •Partner with CAD/design to create concert and special event layouts; lead weekly Production & Operations meetings and develop special project concepts.
  • •Manage vendor relations and budgets by sourcing valued bids, negotiating, and coordinating planning with local agencies.
  • •Oversee event operations including permits, emergency planning (Concert Operations & Emergency Action Plan), assigning Pressure Point Managers, and ensuring on-site structures meet safety standards.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 115,000
