Section Lead, Air Dominance Modeling & Analysis Onsite

Lead a team of engineers supporting airborne kill chain efforts by overseeing studies of system and system-of-systems performance and developing new technology use cases. You’ll coordinate with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, technical SMEs, and customer/warfighter communities to communicate status, issues, and address programmatic concerns. As a Section Leader, you’ll also provide administrative and technical guidance while managing talent acquisition, career development, and performance processes for ~15–20 engineers.
