Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and control the production process to achieve high quality products within lead time and minimize production cost.
  • •Improve processes to boost productivity and reduce scrap while keeping product quality on track.
  • •Handle incoming raw materials and work with suppliers (USA and China) when issues arise.
  • •Maintain and create SOPs and support audits aligned with ISO 9001/14001/45001.
  • •Drive continuous improvement and train the production team on SOPs and best practices, and perform other related assignments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required.
  • •6+ years of experience in Process & Quality.
  • •Experience with LEAN Manufacturing and Six Sigma (good to have).
  • •Ability to interface effectively with cross-functional groups to define and execute requirements.
  • •Knowledge of process documentation and improvement, with analytical skills and familiarity with SPC and DOE.
