Drive in-store commercial performance across the France region by leading sales on the shop floor and delivering education and events. Plan and execute in-store training, translate and implement training materials, upskill beauty advisors, and support masterclasses. Build and run regional business plans, manage incentives and retailer training kits, and evaluate results. Handle reporting, weekly achievement reviews, and create educational video content for retailer eLearning platforms.
