Job Summary

Support workforce planning within the GFCC Enablement team by assisting with staffing and data analysis. Help build reports, dashboards, and presentations that reveal staffing, workload, productivity, and operational performance. Collect, validate, and analyze operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities, while collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Analytics, Technology, and other partners on projects and documentation.
