Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage product master data and analyze order, sell-through, and inventory days to support buying strategy and financial targets.
  • •Support eCommerce buyers with strategic actions and recommendations based on analysis and trends for current and future buys.
  • •Drive Trading 2.0 with data-driven trading capabilities to maximize sell-through, optimize inventory, and grow sales.
  • •Run eCommerce ambition planning through operation excellence, assortment planning, and optimized pricing/discount and inventory management.
  • •Monitor, analyze, and report sell-through/inventory, manage central buy and stock replenishment/take-back decisions, propose plan-B actions, and support product planning systems and BI reporting (Power BI/AI automation) while coaching the team.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6-10 years of work experience in buying and merchandising in retail, eCommerce, sporting goods, fashion, and FMCG industries.
  • •Outstanding communication skills with drive and passion for sales, with awareness of online business trends.
  • •University degree or above.
  • •Advanced IT skills in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Fluent in English and Korean.
