Design and develop HVAC plant room upgrade solutions by selecting and sizing equipment to meet customer specifications. Determine HVAC scope, perform site surveys and measurements, support tender clarifications, and prepare bid documents. Coordinate with customer consultants, operations, and support teams to deliver projects within budget and timelines while tracking progress and status reporting. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, compile quotations and costing, and recommend new technologies while following safety, FCPA, and ethics requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform project design, including selection and sizing of equipment, based on customer specifications.
•Understand HVAC scope to bid; conduct site surveys and measurements and attend pre-bid walkthroughs when needed.
•Work with the manager on project plan, budget, and schedule; track progress and develop status reports for management.
•Interact with sales/customer consultants and management to deliver projects within budget, timelines, and specifications.
•Source and negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors; compile quotations and costing sheets and determine Bill of Quantity.

Key Requirements

•Degree or diploma in Engineering/Building.
•2-3 years of relevant experience in the HVAC/ACMV industry (HVAC/ACMV knowledge required).
•Knowledge of different types of HVAC systems and their components.
•Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and other construction documents.
•Knowledge of commercial HVAC/Mechanical Contracting; project management experience is a plus.
