Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, implement, and execute the preventative maintenance program to protect long-term assets and optimize performance.
  • •Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance across the property as required.
  • •Supervise service areas including electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security systems, and approved contractor works.
  • •Oversee building upkeep tasks such as painting, plastering, carpentry, and other minor works while ensuring strict WHS and regulatory compliance.
  • •Manage stock control, purchasing, supplier coordination, and cost-efficient resource allocation, including quotes, schedules, and Capex requests.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous hands-on Maintenance and/or Facilities Management experience, ideally in a hotel or similar environment.

  • •Experience coordinating and negotiating with contractors and external vendors.
  • •Practical experience in general repairs (painting, plastering, carpentry, minor building works) plus demonstrated leadership capability.
