•Identify and execute improvements to the codebase to help humans and AI agents move fast and ship safely.
•Own features end-to-end, primarily on backend systems, delivering complete partner-facing capabilities.

•Drive technical decisions and consensus asynchronously through thoughtful documentation and specs.
•Partner with PMs and business stakeholders to define and refine the roadmap.
