Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all company-wide design projects uphold EquipmentShare design standards and establish project goals.
  • •Oversee small teams and manage design work across multiple projects and deadlines.
  • •Translate design principles into unique store locations and develop form, proportion, scale, and materiality.
  • •Ensure building systems are aesthetically pleasing, functional, reliable, and safe, using knowledge of building codes and health requirements.
  • •Prepare sketches/renderings and final plans, renderings, and construction documents; perform post-occupancy evaluations and participate in onsite visits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited college.
  • •Missouri state licensure is required.
  • •At least 2 years of related experience is preferred.
  • •Current knowledge of industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
  • •Proficiency with design software such as Revit, Enscape for Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
