Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for singular construction projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to define scope of work, delivery resources, cost estimates and budgets, work plans, schedules, milestones, and quality control.
  • •Conduct request for proposals, evaluate bids, and recommend delivery resources to clients from pre-qualified lists or qualification processes.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity, accuracy, timeliness, and coordination.
  • •Direct the project delivery team, track progress and variances, and develop risk mitigation and contingency action plans.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8 years of relevant experience (bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered).
  • •LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
  • •Ability to exercise judgment using analysis of multiple information sources.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Advanced organizational skills and sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations.
