Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control all station finance activities, including revenue, receivables, payables, cash/banking, payroll, general ledger, and taxation.
  • •Plan, organize, direct, and control finance staff to achieve accounting standards, protect company assets, minimize costs, and establish support functions for outstations.
  • •Implement and monitor internal controls, ensure compliance with company policies, and support internal audit recommendations.
  • •Prepare annual budgets (capital and operating) and perform budgetary control to prevent adverse variances.
  • •Oversee credit and receivables processes (ageing, recovery, bank guarantees), manage revenue collections and repatriation, and support tax authority requests with required documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • •Airline experience in expenditure and revenue accounting is preferred.
  • •University degree (or equivalent) plus professional accounting qualification is an added advantage (CA/CPA/CMA/CFA).
  • •Strong accounting knowledge and ability to write concise, accurate financial reports and correspondence.
  • •Fluency in written and spoken English.
