Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement CVR, CSP, pre-con/fixed facility checklists, construction oversight SOPs, and TEMPEST documentation.
  • •Conduct periodic security inspections to ensure compliance with the CSP and accrediting official requirements.
  • •Ensure security of construction site/materials/equipment and mitigate security and counterintelligence threats with the AO.
  • •Provide day-to-day oversight of security staff, continuously assessing procedures and recommending improvements to policies, procedures, and systems.
  • •Evaluate SCIF and SAP facility spaces for threats, vulnerabilities, and assets; produce required accreditation documentation and reports (including intrusion detection, STC, and RF testing).

Key Requirements

  • •Current Top Secret/SCI clearance and eligibility to obtain Top Secret/SCI + polygraph.
  • •3+ years of related experience, including SAP experience required.
  • •Experience with physical security, personnel management and/or construction management.
  • •Proficiency with professional briefings, technical writing, and correspondence for government stakeholders.
  • •Must complete required site safety and security courses (including ICD 705 Physical Security Construction Requirements for SAP and a Site Security Manager Certification) within stated timeframes.
