Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals as part of the boutique team.
  • •Organize and maintain the selling floor (stocking items, straightening, replenishment, ticketing, and EAS tagging) to support client experience.
  • •Process and verify POS transactions and related documentation, including receipts and CRM files, and support after-sales administrative service.
  • •Partner with management on POS decisions and communicate discrepancies during opening/closing and POS variances.
  • •Provide Hermès standard client service, including greeting, assisting with questions, and wrapping/packaging at POS.
