Drive EMS territory growth by promoting ZOLL Acute Care Technology products to pre-hospital customers (EMS, fire, municipal agencies) across Eastern Ontario, managing pipeline, achieving sales quotas, and delivering in-service education. You will live in Eastern Ontario (Ottawa, Kingston area) and spend significant field time, coordinating with Salesforce CRM and reporting to optimize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve territory sales quotas by promoting ZOLL EMS hardware and disposables within the assigned region.
•Develop and maintain short- and long-term sales plans, including an annual business plan for the territory.
•Uncover new business opportunities and maintain an up-to-date pipeline to meet sales expectations.
•Grow market share by competing effectively and delivering in-service education to customers.
•Maintain organized account records in Salesforce and prepare regular reports (expense, forecasts, activity).

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of related sales experience in medical devices or EMS sales (or equivalent)
•College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
•Knowledge of ZOLL products and competitive landscape
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑oriented approach
•Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and routine reporting (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
