Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute day-to-day receiving and shipping: verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking systems in real time.
  • •Tag, label, and log assets accurately into asset management systems upon arrival on site.
  • •Pull and stage parts for technicians and engineers quickly to keep operations moving.
  • •Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain 99%+ accuracy and flag shortages early.
  • •Assist with RMA processing, warranty claims, and vendor returns under direction of the Logistics Lead while keeping areas organized and safe.
