Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and create new collections for the Modern Classics & Diamonds category from concept to design execution and prototypes.
  • •Translate creative briefs into product concepts, designs and sketches aligned with Pandora’s brand identity, including mood boards, presentations and technical drawings.
  • •Lead design projects through CAD and prototype stages; review CADs and provide clear creative feedback within agreed timelines.
  • •Collaborate with Design Operations & Development and other teams to ensure successful prototype execution and maintain design documentation.
  • •Conduct research and contribute ideas for emerging trends, materials and innovation opportunities; support and mentor junior designers.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience designing jewellery within a jewellery, luxury, fashion or accessories brand.
  • •A strong creative portfolio showing concept development, mood boards, sketches, and finished products.
  • •Proven experience taking design projects from concept through CAD and prototype development.
  • •Strong knowledge of jewellery design, craftsmanship, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • •Exceptional hand-sketching and proficiency with design tools, including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
