Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Dispatch team in dispatching as required and as instructed by the respective artisan.
  • •Arrange finished material to be dispatched to the site in an organized and timely manner enabling the site workmen to adhere to the installation schedule and meet the contractual agreement
  • •Follow daily dispatch schedules and prioritize deliveries as instructed by Dispatch Supervisor.
  • •Check and arrange proper packing of finished products and ensure transportation of materials to site without any damage
  • •Receive returned materials from site, verify them against delivery notes and maintain accurate records of all returned materials

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Senior Secondary School; 2–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics
