Key Responsibilities

  • •Support execution of retail management strategy by preparing P&L statements and consolidating financials for asset managers.
  • •Support asset pipeline development by collaborating with AI-DM for timely asset delivery.
  • •Conduct market studies and manage acquisitions integration and handover for newly acquired assets.
  • •Analyze underperforming assets using IRR/ROI/ROE to recommend disposals or transformations.
  • •Monitor assigned retail assets’ P&L and financial targets through rent pricing, tenant mix, and community mall operations; build business cases for transformations.

Key Requirements

  • •Min. 8+ years managing retail asset properties with annual revenue exceeding AED 1Bn.
  • •Experience in retail management, including malls and community retail.
  • •Strong exposure to the GCC real estate market.
  • •Experience in property management and remedial auctions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or economics.
