Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze deal economics for standard and non-standard agreements, including pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact.
  • •Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals by evaluating tradeoffs across price, volume, and risk within financial guardrails.
  • •Build, maintain, and review financial models and pricing scenarios for non-standard requests and leadership approval decisions.
  • •Own the end-to-end Deal Desk workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, ensuring quote/pricing approvals, Order Form creation, DocuSign execution, and opportunity closure with 100% data integrity and policy compliance.
  • •Educate and support Sales/GTM on contracting policies, approval matrices, and discount governance, including reviewing non-standard contract language with Sales and Legal.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree plus at least 5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or an analytical GTM/Deal Desk role (or 7+ years of relevant analytical experience without a degree).
  • •Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with a strong understanding of core financial concepts and the ability to clearly explain tradeoffs.
  • •Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including building intermediate financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses.
  • •Detail-oriented ability to manage multiple high-velocity requests simultaneously while staying highly organized under tight deadlines.
  • •High-integrity self-starter mindset with comfort asking clarifying questions.
