Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical practice leadership for the civil group.
  • •Guide the team and mentor junior engineers and designers to grow the talent pipeline.
  • •Manage and complete projects from inception, including bidding phase involvement, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction-phase support.
  • •Ensure all quality assurance processes are followed and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across a range of sectors.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant tertiary qualifications & CPEng.
  • •Ideally 20+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in water and/or wastewater projects including civil water networks, hydraulic/pump selection, transient analysis, buried structural pipe calculations, and thrust block design.
  • •Knowledge of applicable Australian codes and standards.
  • •Passion for delivering high-quality work with mentoring, leadership, collaboration, and strong client and stakeholder engagement skills.
