Key Responsibilities

  • •Accurately calculate logistics-related revenues, reconcile them to issued invoices, and resolve discrepancies.
  • •Manage deferred revenue in compliance with IFRS and investigate fluctuations in logistics revenue, costs, volumes, and margins.
  • •Reconcile vendor and logistics partner invoices (e.g., AWBs and shipping rates) and process COGS and direct shipping cost entries.
  • •Prepare periodic reconciliations for logistics transactions, shipping gateways, and clearing accounts; maintain audit-ready records.
  • •Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and financial reporting, and optimize shipping/logistics accounting workflows with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, or e-commerce.
  • •Hands-on experience with revenue and cost accounting, vendor invoice reconciliation, COGS, and financial reconciliations.
  • •Experience supporting month-end closing, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
  • •Working knowledge of IFRS (revenue recognition, accruals, and deferred revenue).
