Job Summary

Lead the GTM Strategy & Operations function to design global revenue processes, deliver data-driven insights, and drive efficiency across the revenue organization. Partner with Finance, Data, Enablement, and Growth Strategy teams to align efforts, optimize processes, and accelerate growth for OpenAI’s GTM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and manage our operating rhythms (Forecasting, Pipeline Council, Big Deal Reviews, and MBRs/QBRs).
•Conduct strategic analyses to determine trends and identify opportunities for process and strategy optimization
•Collaborate with GTM leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to develop go-to market strategy and resource plans
•Lead strategic projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the revenue organization
•Run our fiscal launch process in partnership with finance and planning teams (e.g., launching targets, designing territory process, etc.)

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 - 251,000 annually

Equity and Bonus:Equity

Key Requirements

•7+ years experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company
•Proficiency in Salesforce.com and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel)
•Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
•Experience building territories, comp plans, and setting quotas for GTM teams
•Exceptional project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
