Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments, including defining the technical blueprint for platform integration, data strategies, and transformation goals.
  • •Set architectural standards and own solution quality/outcome delivery across engagements by conducting design reviews and ensuring delivery teams follow standards.
  • •Design AI deployment agent workflows (Apollo) for complex multi-workstream engagements, including validation checkpoints and quality gates, and create reusable specifications/templates for deployment engineers.
  • •Serve as senior technical advisor to strategic customers, translating business challenges into Celonis platform strategies, defining success metrics, and supporting pre-sales deal feasibility and scope.
  • •Lead practice development by providing technical guidance (including code/design reviews), contributing to hiring and calibration, and feeding customer insights into product and engineering roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role on large-scale projects with multi-stakeholder responsibility.
  • •Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions spanning data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, grounded in customer “so-what” outcomes and strong enterprise architecture trade-offs.
  • •Expert-level Celonis platform mastery including the Process Intelligence Graph, data modeling, advanced PQL, automation and orchestration engine, and AI modules, with working knowledge of Python.
  • •Demonstrated ability to design AI-augmented delivery workflows, including context engineering, multi-agent system design, or AI validation at scale using frontier tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering/Technology Management/Business Informatics or comparable field, and fluency in English.
