  • •Manage and lead the Email engineering team responsible for core email infrastructure and reporting data processing.
  • •Build and maintain a highly parallelized platform to personalize and send emails at massive scale.
  • •Develop REST APIs for managing and tracking user subscriptions and build web experiences for end-user preference self-management.
  • •Collaborate with product and design engineers to deliver new features based on customer feedback and scale with growing message volume.
  • •Recruit, coach, and develop engineers; guide key architectural decisions and, when needed, contribute via code.
