Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose mechanical issues on plant equipment and execute timely repairs to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • •Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (inspections, lubrication, and component replacements) to improve equipment reliability.
  • •Conduct precision maintenance tasks such as alignment checks, measuring mechanical clearances, and balancing rotating equipment.
  • •Use technical documentation (prints, manuals, specifications) to support troubleshooting and determine root causes to prevent reoccurrence.
  • •Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in SAP, and follow safety procedures including lockout/tagout and equipment safeguarding.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED (required).
  • •Ability to complete pre-employment assessments, pass a background check, and successfully pass a physical and drug screen as applicable by local government.
  • •Knowledge of installation, maintenance, and repairs of common mechanical systems in an industrial manufacturing facility requiring instrumentation.
  • •Ability to read and understand labels, blueprints, schematics, job site maps/directions, and instruction manuals (and/or written instructions).
