Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily operations, facilities, and workplace experience across the New York headquarters and support select northeast locations.
  • •Lead and mentor a small multidisciplinary team, setting goals and expectations and building a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • •Oversee facility operations including health & safety, maintenance, cleaning, catering, and space management.
  • •Oversee vendors and contractors, including selection, performance reviews, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
  • •Manage multiple complex workplace projects (moves, renovations, workplace refreshes) and improve workplace systems documentation and data accuracy (CAFM, IWMS).
