Lead workplace experience operations for a studio-focused team based in New York. Own daily facilities and workplace service excellence, including vendor management, space planning, incident response, and sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Manage daily operations, facilities, and workplace experience across the New York headquarters and support select northeast locations.
•Lead and mentor a small multidisciplinary team, setting goals and expectations and building a culture of excellence and accountability.
•Oversee facility operations including health & safety, maintenance, cleaning, catering, and space management.
•Oversee vendors and contractors, including selection, performance reviews, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
•Manage multiple complex workplace projects (moves, renovations, workplace refreshes) and improve workplace systems documentation and data accuracy (CAFM, IWMS).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,300 - 203,180 annually

Key Requirements

•6–8 years of direct experience in workplace/facilities management, including 2+ years of team leadership.

•Prior experience in creative, technical, or high-growth work environments (preferred).
•Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Facilities, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related field.
