Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and implement automation and control systems for front-end, ICAPS, and advanced packaging processes.
  • •Integrate automation and control solutions into IPC digital lithography, optical patterned wafer inspection, and contamination & defect inspection systems.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of automation, control, or semiconductor equipment engineering experience, including EFEM application expertise from front-end to advanced packaging and substrate handling (wafers/panels) with loadport, OHT, AGV, and conveyor integration.
  • •Experience with industry robotics application and automated substrate-handling system integration (Kawasaki/Yaskawa/Rorze/Hirata/Daihen).
  • •PLC programming plus HMI and SCADA development on EFEM and substrate-transfer platforms.
  • •Electrical automation design including control systems, sensors, actuators, electrical circuits, power systems, and control theory.
  • •Familiarity with SEMI standards and compliance requirements for automation equipment communications (SECS/GEM E30, E84, E87) and strong troubleshooting/root-cause analysis for equipment uptime.
