Job Summary

Oversee the daily operation of an asphalt plant to produce safe, efficient, high-quality asphalt. Monitor plant controls, coordinate materials flow, and make necessary adjustments to meet production goals and specifications. Perform routine inspections and maintenance, troubleshoot operational/mechanical issues, and maintain accurate production and maintenance records. Coordinate with equipment operators, drivers, and quality control to support daily schedules while ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
