Key Responsibilities

  • •Review and finalize bOPV SIA monitoring tools and checklists, and conduct readiness assessments at national and provincial levels.
  • •Perform real-time monitoring and rapid convenience monitoring (RCM), analyze daily coverage data, and share written feedback with national and sub-national EPI teams.
  • •Conduct post-campaign coverage assessment using LQAS (or an equivalent method) and compile/analyze data for the final evaluation report.
  • •Prepare data harmonization inputs with MOH, WHO, UNICEF, CHAI, and other partners, and provide technical updates for coordination meetings.
  • •Deliver completed monitoring plan/tools/checklists, intra-campaign monitoring outputs, and end-of-assignment evaluation reports as defined.
Travel: Extensive travel

Salary: USD 2,500 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, public health, or a related field (or equivalent professional training).
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in program data management or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of data management, data quality, and analysis/use techniques.
  • •Ability to work independently under pressure and deliver high-quality work on time.
  • •Fluency in Lao and high competency in reading, written, and spoken English.
