Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and scale cloud infrastructure behind the open-source platform, including compute, networking, and the data layer.
  • •Lead BYOC and private cloud deployments with provisioning, upgrades, and observability that scale beyond bespoke work.
  • •Operationalize IaC and GitOps foundations so a small autonomous team can ship quickly and reliably.
  • •Make reliability a product feature with meaningful SLOs and an incident process people trust.
  • •Own the data layer and infrastructure-side security/compliance, including SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years (staff-level) experience in platform, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE roles running high-traffic production systems.
  • •Deep production Kubernetes experience and strong judgment on tooling.
  • •Experience operating in environments you don’t control (BYOC, single-tenant, on-prem, or air-gapped).
  • •Deep AWS fluency, plus exposure to GCP and Azure.
  • •Strong foundations in Terraform and database performance, especially Postgres, including migrations under load and replication.
